2 oz | Ketel One Citroen Vodka |
5⁄6 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
2⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Float mint leaf or stick to rim with spot of honey
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with splash of soda.
