Glassware
Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)
| 30 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Elijah Craig Small Batch |
| 7.5 ml | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
| 1 dash (4 drops) | Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters |
| 15 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white |
| 22.5 ml | Double cream / heavy cream |
