Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of skewered watermelon cube.
Method
- MUDDLE 60g / 2.1oz watermelon flesh (removed from skin and chopped) in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
