Ingredients:
34 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 fl oz Americano bianco chilled
34 fl oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry chilled
14 fl oz Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur
13 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Maple syrup
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
8 drop Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
