How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Special ingredient #1: Camomile syrup
Make camomile tea and mix with equal parts caster sugar. Allow to cool, bottle and store in the refrigerator.

1 2/3 fl oz Bacardi Gold rum
5/6 fl oz Full-bodied sweet vermouth (e.g. Antica Formula)
1/3 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
8 drop Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
