Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 2⁄3 oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 2 fresh | Lemon peel |
| 1 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
Garnish: Lime peel & cucumber slice
How to make:
Squeeze the lemon peels into chilled glass. Add other ingredients. Fill with ice and stir. Special ingredient No.1 Syrup Milk Oolong Add 50ml of concentrate oolong tea to 100g sugar syrup (1 parts of sugar to 1 part of water), boil and leave to cool, then filter .

Inspiration: “This year Bacardi Legacy was held in Belarus for the third time and I have participated each year. Twice I didn’t get to the top three, but I didn’t stop for a moment working towards my dream. Each day I got closer, with the support of my good friend Ilia; he gave me the ‘simple punch’ to action and now – bam – here I am at the Global Final!”
