Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
40 ml Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry
30 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 ml Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur
2.5 ml Green olive brine
100 ml Schweppes Soda Water
