Serve in a Sling glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Sugar-free sweetener syrup |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Lemon slice
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda water.
Light and refreshing with lemon freshening gin while a splash of sugar-free sweetener provides balance.
