Trillium Gin Fizz
Glassware
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
| 2 fl oz | Trillium Barrel Reserved Gin |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fl oz | Double cream / heavy cream |
| 4 dash | Fee Brothers Orange Flower Water |
| 1 barspoon | Vanilla sugar |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 1 fl oz | Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water |
Vodka may fortify this cocktail, but it's led by the interplay between fino sherry, banana liqueur and sweet 'n' sour.
