Trillium Gin Fizz

Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
60 ml Trillium Barrel Reserved Gin
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Double cream / heavy cream
4 dash Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
1 barspoon Vanilla sugar
1 fresh Egg white
30 ml Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
