Serve in a

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Top with celery salt foam or a celery stick on the rim

How to make:


Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a glass then garnish.

50 ml Patrón Silver blanco tequila
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Pear juice (freshly pressed)
15 ml Agave syrup
1 pinch Celery salt

Celery salt is potentially hazardous to those with allergy or intolerance.

This cocktail has a clean and pure taste, especially the pear and celery salt which gives a clear texture and umami. As we know, a Classic Margarita is very fresh and clean, therefore I decided to use those ingredients.
Celery salt foam gives fresh finishing notes.
