Serve in a
Old-fashioned glass
Garnish:
Twist of lime and salt rim
How to make:
Shake ingredients and strain into glass.
| 90 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 30 ml | Patrón Citrónge Extra Fine Orange Liqueur |
| 1 gram | Lemongrass stem |
| 45 ml | Honey |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 3 twist | Lemon peel |

This margarita is inspired by the Mexico of the past, in the time of the storm when men could fly their imagination and create fabulous and limitless stories, and here the history of the pattern tree, a mystical tree that gave all types of lemons, and at its base there was a bed of lemon tea or (lemon grass). This tree was inside a cave where only the pure at heart, or if you really need it for good, could find it for their delight. If one day in a dream I appear this tree to bring joy and good times to my loved ones creating them the perfect margarita.
