How to make:

Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. top with soda and mint yogurt foam to create frothy head.

Mint yogurt foam:
Crush mint leaves and mix with yogurt.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/6 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 1/6 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
1 fl oz Yoghurt (natural)
3 fresh Mint leaves
