Garnish:

Jackfruit is sliced and baked until it is dried. Top the dried jackfruit with two pansy blossoms.

How to make:

First add 30ml Hayman's old Tom gin into the shaker.
Second add 20ml Noilly part dry vermouth and 10ml apricot liqueur.
Third add 15ml Honey and 15ml Line juice then taste is good or not.
Shake with ice

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Honey
2/3 fl oz Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Giffard Apricot liqueur
