Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

This cocktail is garnished with a sprinkle of garam masala powder.

How to make:

Combine 1 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin, .75 oz Batavia Arrack, .25 oz Kalani Coconut Liqueur,.75 oz Garam Masala Coconut Milk, .5 oz Lime Juice, and .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup to a shaker tin. Whip shake with a small amount of pebble ice. Dump into an old fashioned glass full of hand cracked ice.

For Garam Masala Cocounut milk, gently whisk 4 teaspoons of Garam Masala powder into 1 can of coconut milk.

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Batavia Arrack van Oosten
1/2 fl oz Cinnamon syrup
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 gram Garam masala
1/4 fl oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
3/4 fl oz Dairy-free heavy/double cream alternative
