Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

rosemary

How to make:

1.Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for about 70–80 revolutions (approximately 50 seconds) until properly chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into a pre-chilled whisky glass over a rock ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1/2 fl oz Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry
1/3 fl oz Giffard Double Creme De Cassis Imperiale Liqueur
3 dash Scrappy's Chocolate Bitter
