How to make:

1.Select a pre-chilled Highball

2. Stir all the ingredients together (If you can't find verjuice, you can use lemon juice as an alternative).

3. Pour the soda (without the touching Ice )

4. Place Garnish on into the glass

1 1/6 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/3 fl oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
1/2 fl oz Agave syrup
1/6 fl oz Amontillado sherry
1/4 fl oz Verjuice
1 fl oz Franklin & Sons 1886 Soda Water
