Grated nutmeg angostura drops rosemary sprig
How to make:
Add all ingredients in your shaker tin and shake without ice (Dry Shake)
then add ice and shake again.
double strain into a chilled coupe glass
use a dropper to drop angostura bitters in pattern shown in photo.
grate nutmeg over half or all
add one 2-3 inch rosemary sprig on its side
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Laird's Straight Applejack 86 |
| 1/4 fl oz | Beetroot juice |
| 3/8 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/8 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Rhubarb bitters |
| 1 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Aquafaba |
