How to make:
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin and shake vigorously for approximately 10 seconds and double strain into chilled coupe glass.

| 3/4 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Amaro Nonino Quintessentia |
| 2 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
