
Tangetine/mandarine orange slice
1. Select and pre-chill an Coupe glass.
2. Prepare garnish of tangerine/mandarin orange slice.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
4. DRY SHAKE (without ice)
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled Coupe glass
6. Garnish with the tangerine/mandarin slice.
1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
3 drop | Seiers Cacao Bitters |
