Fresh basil

How to make:

Fill white wine glass with ice, add fresh strawberries, and fresh basil. Add 30ml of Mandarine Napoleon liqueur, 1bs of peated scotch, top up with Cava and soda water. Stir and enjoy!

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 barspoon Port Charlotte Scottish Barley Heavily Peated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
4 fl oz Cava sparkling wine
1 2/3 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
3 whole Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
3 leaf Basil leaves
