
- Fresh orange zest (expressed and dropped into the glass) - Sprig of fresh thyme - Physalis, peeled back and perched on the rim Serve with: A few pieces of orange dark chocolate on the side.
Build in a highball/fizz glass over ice cubes or ice balls. Stir gently. Top with soda.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
1/3 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |
1/4 fl oz | White wine vinegar (Chardonnay) |
2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
1 barspoon | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
