- Practice of reverse shake :
* Combine all the ingredients in the shaker except the ice cubes, then shake vigorously, then shake vigorously
* Add ice cubes and shake again
- Pour into the glass through the strainer
- Add the chocolate shavings and orange zest

2/3 fl oz | Chateau Du Tariquet 1993 Bas Armagnac |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
2/3 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
