How to make:
Add all ingredients to a tin, shake for 8-12 seconds and fine strain.

| 1 1/3 fl oz | Glendalough Premium Irish Poitin |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 dash | Orange bitters |
| 3 drop | Sesame oil |
