Small rosemary sprig, slapped to release oils and threaded through a maraschino cherry
How to make:
In a stirring glass, muddle sprig of rosemary (~5 1/2") in the Mandarine Napoléon. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with ice. Double strain into chilled glass.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey |
| 3/4 fl oz | Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery |
| 3 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 sprig | Rosemary sprig |
| 1/3 fl oz | Chilled water |
