Coupe glass

Garnish:

Orange twist Sugar rimmed coupe glass

How to make:

1 - Measure and pour all ingredients into a shaker and add ice
2 - Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass rimmed with sugar
3 - Garnish with orange twist

3/4 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Cardamom sugar syrup
1/4 fl oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
2 dash Fee Brothers Cherry bitters
1 fl oz Gin
