Garnish:

Grapefruit Peel Express a grapefruit peel over the drink. Discard afterwards.

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Express a grapefruit peel over the surface and discard.

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Blanco tequila
2/3 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Grapefruit bitters
