Garnish:

Apple fan 4 slices with a sprinkle of salt on them

How to make:

1. Rinse a chilled tulip flute with sambuca and discard the excess.
2. Prepare an apple fan garnish with 4 thin slices and lightly sprinkle with salt.
3. Add Pallini Limoncello, apple juice, coconut water, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
4. Shake briefly to chill and lightly dilute.
5. Fill the rinsed glass with crushed ice.
6. Strain the cocktail over the crushed ice.
7. Top with soda water.
8. Garnish with the salted apple fan.

1 1/4 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3/4 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
11/12 fl oz Coconut water
1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
1 Splash Antica Sambuca Classic Liqueur
1/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
