Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

twist a lemon peel over the glass and a bunch of mint

How to make:

Place the Gin, Pallini Limoncello, lemon juice, and fresh mint leaves into the shaker.
Add ice and shake to infuse the mint aromatics.
Prepare your chilled glass by pouring the Ginger Beer first.
Double strain the shaken mixture over fresh ice into the glass, allowing it to incorporate with the Ginger Beer.
Top with 5 dashes of Angostura Bitters to add depth and complexity.
Express a lemon twist over the drink and garnish with a generous bunch of mint.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/2 fl oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
5/12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 fresh Mint leaves
1/12 fl oz Angostura or other aromatic bitters
1 1/3 fl oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer
