How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a collins glass.
2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass
4. ADD crushed ice.

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 fl oz Vodka
1 fl oz Pineapple juice
1/2 fl oz Ginger juice
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
