How to make:

-Place a coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water.
-In a cocktail shaker, add: 40 ml limoncello / 25 ml white wine / 15 ml elderflower liqueur / 10 ml lemon juice.
-Fill the shaker to 80% capacity. -Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds.
-Double strain into a chilled glass.
-Garnish with essence and a lemon twist.

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5/6 fl oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
1/2 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
