Ingredients
50 ml Pallini Limoncello
15 ml Dry Vermouth
10 ml Campari
10 ml fresh lemon juice
60 ml soda water
2 dash saline solution

* Wine glass
* Jigger
* Bar spoon
* Large ice cubes
👌 Method
1️⃣ Fill the glass with ice
Fill a wine glass completely with ice.
A full glass of ice keeps the cocktail cold and properly diluted.

2️⃣ Add the ingredients
Pour in:
* Limoncello
* Dry vermouth
* Campari
* Fresh lemon juice
* Saline solution

3️⃣ Stir gently
Stir lightly for 3–4 seconds to combine and chill.

4️⃣ Top with soda
Slowly add the soda water.

5️⃣ Final stir
Give the cocktail one gentle final stir.

🌿 Garnish
Pink grapefruit wedge
Place a pink grapefruit wedge in the glass.
Basil top
Lightly clap the basil between your palms to release the aromatic oils, then place it on top of the drink.
