How to make:

Add a small pinch of salt to a chilled Collins glass filled with cubed ice.
Pour in the slim tonic water followed by Pallini Limoncello.
Stir gently to combine while maintaining carbonation.
Finish by expressing fresh lemon oils over the top and garnish with a lemon peel.

1 2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
4 fl oz Franklin & Sons Premium Light Tonic Water
16 fresh Lemon peel
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
