1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS
2.Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and basil leaf.
How to make:
3. DRY SHAKE all ingredients without ice.
4. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
6. GARNISH with a Lemon zest and a basil leaf.

1 2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fl oz Egg white
10 gram Pesto
