A lemon twist
Cut the lemon to produce a fine piece of lemon skin, ensure the pith is mostly taken off the skin, and squeeze skin side down into the glass and rub the piece around to give it a great lemon aromatic. Once the aromatics are completed, lay down the lemon skin and cut the piece to look like a parallelogram, then slice a nice line in the middle of the lemon skin and leaving about a centimeter either end of the sides to ensure it is all held up together.
Finally, roll the lemon skin into a sort of bowtie and put it on the side of the glass!
Enjoy!
