Sfusato fizz

Garnish:

Lemon wheel with a mint leaf

How to make:

•Take a highball or Collins glass and fill it with ice cubes.
•Pour 45 ml of limoncello over the ice.
•Add 20 ml of fresh lime juice to the glass.
•Pour in 20 ml of Cointreau or triple sec .
•Gently top up the drink with soda water to your desired level.
•Lightly stir the cocktail to combine the ingredients.
•Garnish with a lemon wheel and a big leaf or sprig of mint .
•Enjoy your refreshing Sfusato Fizz!

1 2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.)
1 1/6 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
