Three green olives & fresh lemon zest
Take half of the big fresh lemon, cut into pieces, put into shaker, add 40 ml of gin, muddle lemon slightly (to express the juice, oils and some bitterness, but not to smash everything). Add 40 ml of Pallini Limoncello, 25 ml of Mastiha & 2 dashes of celery bitters. Shake, double strain in old-fashioned glass over the large ice cube. Garnish with 3 green olives & fresh lemon zest.
