How to make:

Smile on your customers.
Freeze your glasses.
Shake the Limoncello, strawberry puree, essential oil and soy sauce with ice. Strain into an elegant Flute or Highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with tonic and soda.
Gently stir the drink with a bar spoon.Recommended Adjustments for the Best ResultStirring Tip:
Only stir very gently after adding the carbonated mixers (tonic and soda) to keep the drink from losing its fizz.

1 fl oz Strawberry purée
3 1/3 fl oz Tonic water
1 2/3 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
1 drop lemon grass essential oil
2 drop Soy sauce
1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limonzero (Non-alcoholic Limoncello)
