Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme
The Thyme flies:
Step 1: Chill a wine glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Step 2: Fill the shaker with
25 ml fresh lemon juice,
30 ml honey-thyme syrup,
20 ml limoncello
40 ml gin
2 dashes orange bitters
Step 3: Shake with ice for about 10-12 seconds.
Step 4: Remove the melted ice from the wine glass.
Step 5: Double strain the cocktail in the wine glass.
Step 6: Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
Step 7: Enjoy:)
