How to make:

Pour all the ingredients on a half tin,press the rosemary lightly to release aromas,first dry shake to froth everything up and then wet shake,pour the prosecco in the flute glass.Fine strain the cocktail and garnish with a rosemary sprig .

5/6 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5/6 fl oz Pallini Limoncello Vegan Cream liqueur
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5/6 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
