Citrus "Elysium"

Garnish:

Bamboo skewer with one blackberry

How to make:

Fill a shaker to 90% capacity with ice.
Add the Pallini Limoncello and the red Campari.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass using a strainer.
Top with Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa sparkling water.
Skewer one blackberry on a bamboo pick and place it on the side of the glass.

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3 fl oz San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa
1/4 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
