How to make:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS. Prepare garnish of fresh sage leaf. SHAKE all ingredients with ice. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass. Garnish with fresh sage leaf. Enjoy!

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/12 fl oz Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water)
6 fresh Sage leaves
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
