How to make:
In a shaker add honey, thyme, pink grapefruit juice, limoncello, ice and whiskey. Shake (or blend) well. Serve in a rocks glass with ice cubes. Top with pink grapefruit soda. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and some fresh thyme blossom.
