Peachillini

Garnish:

thyme blossoms

How to make:

Add in a shaker limoncello, gin, orgeat syrup, thyme, ice tea peach. Mix well (shake or blend). Serve in an old fashioned glass full of crushed ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with thyme blossoms.

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5/6 fl oz Gin
1/2 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
2 fl oz Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale
1 fresh Fresh thyme
1 cupful Ice cubes
1 1/3 fl oz Fuze ice tea (Peach Hibiscus)
