Dirty Pallini

Old-fashioned glass

Garnish:

Rest a cocktail pick with three olives across the rim of the glass. The olives should be eaten gradually as the drink is enjoyed.

How to make:

Add all ingredients to a shaker, including the peel from the pickled lemon. Use the peel from ½ pickled lemon. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds. Double strain into a large Old Fashioned glass. Fill with ice cubes and garnish.

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
5/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Green olive brine
1/2 fl oz Peel of ½ pickled lemon, roughly chopped
2 fl oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
