The Alchemist Sour

Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

Single white peppercorn centered in foam

How to make:

1. Dry Shake: Combine all ingredients in your shaking tin without ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build the foam structure.
2. Wet Shake: Add ice to the tin and shake hard and fast a second time to chill and dilute the drink.
3. Strain: Fine strain the liquid into your chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish: Let the foam settle for a few seconds to create a dense, velvety white head, then gently float a single whole white peppercorn right in the center.
5. Enjoy.

3/4 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/2 fl oz Blanco tequila
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 fl oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1/4 fl oz Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur
3/4 fl oz Egg white
