Flag of basil leaf and green olive
1. Lightly muddle the basil leaves in a shaker tin.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the soda water, to the tin and shake vigorously with ice for 15 seconds.
3. Double strain and pour into an ice-filled highball glass.
4. Top up with soda water and give a gentle stir.
5. Garnish with a basil-olive flag.
