How to make:
2 oz Widow Jane Paradigm Rye
0.75 oz Cynar 70 Proof
0.75 oz Pallini Limoncello
2 drops of 4:1 saline solution OR the tiniest pinch of salt
1. Add ice and stir.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Express a lemon peel and discard.
