How to make:

Muddle cherry tomatoes in shaking tin with Olive Oil. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice for 20 seconds. Double strain through tea strainer into chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cherry tomato on a cocktail pick.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
3/4 fl oz Vodka
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz Italicus liqueur
1/8 fl oz Extra virgin olive oil
3 whole Cherry tomato (fresh)
