Rocks glass

Garnish:

Crushed pink peppercorns

How to make:

Add all the ingredients to a metal jug (that is normally used to steam milk at a coffee/espresso machine).
Steam the cocktail with the milk steamer for 20 seconds until warm and steamy.
Pour into the preheated rocks glass and crush pink peppercorns over the top before serving.
Serve the drink warm but not boiling so it keep the alcohol.

1 2/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello Vegan Cream liqueur
1/6 fl oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
1/2 fl oz Suze gentian liqueur (15% alc./vol)
1/3 fl oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
