Pallini al rosmarino

Garnish:

Twist of lemon zest opened over the cocktail.

How to make:

Gently slap the rosemary sprig to release its essential oils and place it in a shaker. Add the Pallini Limoncello, Malfy Gin, and fresh lemon juice.
Fill the shaker ice and shake vigorously for about 25 seconds.
Double strain the liquid into a chilled Highball glass filled ice.
Top up with chilled sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig or lemon twist.

1 1/3 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/2 fl oz Malfy Con Limone Gin
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
124 barspoon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 2/3 fl oz Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
